Was chosen as a member of the Town Council of Foster, to which office he was re-elected twenty times, the last time being in May 1803. For the years 1801, 1802 and 1803 he was elected president of the council. | |
April 10, 1777, William Howard sold to Daniel Howard for one Hundred
Pounds the easterly part of the farm her inherited from his father, from
the southeast corner of the home farm one hundred fifty (150) rods to
the northeast corner; then west on land of Amos Herendeen as many rods
as will make exactly forty (40) acres when a line is extended south to

October 1, 1803, William Howard sold the home farm eighty-one (81)
acres, to James Stone for One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-four (1634)
