| There are several deeds recorded in Erie Co. PA between Robert Knapp, his sons Robert, Abraham and his son in law Zacheus Morton. It is thought he settled in Waterford Twp. Erie Co. PA in the early 1820’s. His daughter Laura was born in Quincy (now Ripley) NY in 1822, so they may have moved on to Erie Co. soon after that. |
