Benjamin F. Duryee Corner William Crandall called to Findley Lake Tuesday to investigate accident in which Benjamin F. Duryee, 53, meet his death. Mr. Duryee with his brother Ernest and the latters 2 sons were cutting timber for H. B. Lyons Co. of Union City, when an 18 inch limb fell from the tree striking Mr. Duryee and crushing the top of his skull. He lived only a few minutes.
