Have found many variations of spelling on his name: Lyscomb, Liscomb, Lysucm , while researching this family. Several men in this line have had this name, Braddish Brown an ancestor was married to Eliza Liscomb and that is where the name came from I am sure.
One of his legs was cut off when he was a child in a farming accident. He was hiding in the grass and his father did not see him when he was cutting hay.
