Crawford County, SS: Before me, Register of Wills, &c., in and for said county, personally came Hiram Canfield and Milo W. Spencer the subscribing witnesses to the annexed instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Joel Brown, late of Rockdale Tpn deceased, who, upon their oaths, say, that they were personally present at the execution of the annexed Instrument, and said the said Joel Brown sign an seal the same as and for his Last Will and Testament; that they signed the same as witnesses, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other; at which time the said Testator was of sound mind and disposing mind, as they verily believe.
