Brown Hill News:
On Thursday last Mr. Wash Morton was buried at Townline cemetery. Mr. Morton had been very sick
for a long time but was very patient and bore it until the end. Mr. Morton has been a resident of this place every since 4 years of age and was 63 years of age when he was taken away. He leaves a wife, Warren a young boy, and many friends to mourn his loss. Mrs. Morton extends her many thanks to all who was so kind in time of trouble.

Rev. Amy was called to Brown Hill last Saturday to attend the funeral of G. W. Morton who died Aug. 3.
