Obituary: Herbert Lee Brumagin, 85, of Concord St., Union City, Pa., died at Corry Manor, Corry, Pa., on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. He was born May 30, 1920 in Lowville, Pa., the son of the late Raymond H. and Margerite (Stuyvesant) Brumagin. He was a WWII veteran, serving in the US Army Air Corps as a Staff Sergeant. He was also a self-employed carpenter working with Mr. Jan Morvay in and around the Union City area, retiring in 1986. He was a lifetime member of the Union City Volunteer Fire Department, the American Legion LeBaron Post #237, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars John Krol Post #733, both in Union City, Pa. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Brumagin, in 2001. Notes: Survivors omitted. |
