Obituary: Leah V Messinger, 84, of the Rouse Home, Youngsville,
formerly of RD 1 Box 47 Bear Lake, PA, died at 1pm Tuesday (July 18,
2000) in the Warren county Rouse Home. She was born Sep 14, 1915, in
Bear Lake, the daughter of Clyde and Alice Loomis Baccus. Along with
her husband, she owned and operated a farm for many years in Bear
Lake. She was also employed by Aero Supply and Raymond Mfg in Corry
for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton E
Messinger; an infant brother; and a sister Doris Bailey. The funeral
service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the McKinney Funeral
Home, Youngsville, The Rev John Kunselman, pastor of Brown Hill
Wesleyan Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in
Lottsville Cemetery, Freehold Twp, PA Notes: Survivors omitted. |
