Obituary: Willard Whipple Claimed by Death Willard Whipple, 25, died at his home, 420 North St. Clair street at 3:40 this morning. He is survived by his wife Lillian, three daughters, Florence,------ and ----his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Whipple of Oswega, N.Y. and one sister Florence, of Cincinnati, O.
