Obituary: Belle Chapin, age 76, of RD 4, Union City, died Tuesday, February 23, 1988, at the Corry Manor Nursing Home, Corry, PA She was born September 8, 1911 in Union City, the daughter of Jenny Dick and Mendall Fairchild. She was a housewife and member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 719 of Union City. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Rulaf Chapin, two daughters, ------------ and Mrs. Wayne (Margaret) Pears of Denver, Colo. a son ----------. Seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Thomas E. Morgan Funeral Home, Union City. Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend a service at the funeral home Saturday at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Donald Bloomster of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Interment at the Evergreen Cemetery in Union City. * Living children omitted. |
