Hubert G. Chapin, 58, of 811 Hunt St. died August 15. He is survived by his wife Susan. Mr. Chapin was born in Cambridge Springs, Pa., residing in Akron 35 years. He was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple, Coventry Lodge No. 665 F&AM, Yusef Khan Grotto, Tadmor Shrine, Valley of Akron and Local No. 24 of the Teamsters. For 25 years he was employed as a line driver for the PIE Company. Friends may call at the Adams Funeral Home 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and where Dr. Charles Billingham will conduct services 1 p.m. Monday. Coventry Lodge No. 665 F&AM will hold services Sunday 7 p.m.
Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.
