Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian May Brown, 65, will be held at 1 p.m.
Friday in Holman & Lutz chapel with the Rev. Richard S. Ayers officiating
an Nehalem chapter No. 153 O. E. S. participating. Private commitment will
follow in Lincoln Memorial Park mausoleum. Mrs. Brown was born in Red
Bluff, Cal. July 13, 1878 and came to Oregon with her parents 60 years
ago. She was educated in Pendleton. She was a past matron, Order Eastern
Star, Nahalem chapter, Veronia, and past grand noble of Rebekahs,
Lewiston, Idaho. She was the widow of the late James W. Brown of Veronia.
She had lived here five years. She is survived by two sisters, Allie Tompkins, San Jose, Cal., and Myrtle Peters, Portland. |
