On E side of No. Nine Rd 700 ft S of East Rd. The South Cemetery is
an alphabetical list. A few handwritten notes were attached to the list
and I added them to the census in brackets. I have one ancestor buried
in the cemetery and her name is Frank (?). I am sure of the name from a
will that I looked at at the Surrogate Court. The cemetery is almost 200 years old and in very good shape. Scott, Hozina, wife of Samuel Scott, died Aug.1,1871,aged 77 years. Hozina would have been Rozina Source: Madison Co. NY Rootsweb |
