Obituary: Passed Away At Hospital Saturday Mrs. Bessie M. Smith To Be Buried Here Tuesday Afternoon Mrs. Bessie M. Smith, 65, wife of Albert Smith, Townline Road, R.D. 3, Union City, passed away at the Stem Memorial Hospital, Saturday afternoon, December 9, at 2:30 o'clock, Mrs. Smith suffered a heart attack at her home about noon and was rushed to the local hospital where she passed away at the above mentioned hour. Besides her husband, the deceased is survived by two sons, Roger of Saegertown, and Walton, of Salamanca, NY; one daughter Mrs. George (Norma) Mong, Erie, Pa.; two sisters, Mrs. C. C. Davis, Union City, and Mrs. Rexford LeBaron, Oak Hall, Pa. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Wilkin's Methodist Church. Friends will be received at the Glenn Funeral Home at any time. Funeral services in charge of the Rev. Paul Thomas will be held from the Glenn Funeral Home, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and burial will be made in Evergreen Cemetery. |
