93rd Anniversary (birthday)
Mrs. Emeline Howard living four miles east of Columbus celebrated her 93rd birthday anniversary February 27, 1906. A gathering of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren spent the day with her and although unable to walk she sat with them and visited and told stories of olden times. After enjoying a bountiful dinner and congratulating her most heartily the guests returned home, all hoping that they might be permitted to meet again in one year.
