Obituary:
Mr. Will Sabin, whose critical illness was noted in this paper last week and at previous times, passed away Wednesday evening about 7 o'clock, at the family home on McClellan street. The cancerous condition of some of the vital organs had spread poison through his entire body, and the case was seen to be hopeless since the return of the patient and his wife from the Mayo Hospital at Rochester, MN. some two weeks ago. Mr. Sabin was a son of the late Spencer Sabin and his wife of Rockdale Twp. the latter surviving her son. He was married to Clara Long of this city, and to that union were born two sons and two daughters, of whom the following survive. Mrs. J. C. Coombs of Spencer Neb., Mrs. Theo Sabin Woods, of Erie, and Mr. Robert Sabin of Pittsburg. A sister, Mrs. C. P. McDannell, also survives.  Mr. Sabin was a member of the Presbyterian church of this city, having come by letter from the Franklin Presbyterian Church. He was a man of good education and wide reading, genial in social circles, a kind husband, father and son. His death will be learned with regret by a wide circle of friends in this section and in Franklin, where the family resided for sometime. William Spencer Sabin was born in Rockdale Twp. July 13, 1865 and was therefore 56 yrs. 5mo. and 21 days of age at the time of his death. Services in his will be held Sat. at 1 o'clock, at the family home on McClellan St., conducted by Rev. W. A. Cobb,
with interment in the upper cemetery.
