Obituary: Winnie Mable Morton, sixty-eight, died Tuesday in North Girard after an extended illness. She was the widow of Bert A. Morton who died in January of this year. A native of Erie County, the deceased lived her entire life here. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joe Case, North Girard and Mrs. Byron T. Anderson, Erie; three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Pryor, North Girard, Mrs. Guy Amy and Mrs. Nina Doutt, both of Centerville; and one brother, Gordon Morton, North East. The Rev. Newton H. Swanson, pastor of the Girard Methodist church will have charge of the funeral services to be conducted in the Bruce W. Hicks funeral home, 306 E. Main St. Girard, at 2:30 p.m. Friday. Interment will be in Girard cemetery. |
