| Obituary: Ralph W. Butler, eighty-six, of 1919 Myrtle, died Sunday at St. Vincents Hospital. He was a retired employee of Erie Storage and Crating Co. Born at Muncie Hill near Wattsburg, he was a lifelong resident of the Erie area. He was a son of the late Sylvester M. and Sarah Roane Butler. Besides his wife Gertrude M. Butler he is survived by a son, Lewis Butler of Erie; a brother Orlo Butler of Meadville; a sister Mrs. Wugene Ellis of Akron, Ohio, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edgar M. Nelson Funeral Home, 21st and Myrtle and are invited to services there Wednesday at 2 p. m Rev. Robert H. Emmons, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the organization of one's choice. |
